Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time
Work Arrangement: On-site during training, then hybrid (3 days on-site / 2 days remote)
We’re hiring a Credit Adjustment Analyst to join the customer service team of a large, well-established medical manufacturer in Bethlehem, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, deductions, credits, returns, or accounts support who enjoys researching issues, collaborating across departments, and ensuring accurate account resolution.
After completing training on-site, you’ll transition to a hybrid schedule with 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office each week.
Responsibilities- Review return reports after warehouse receipt of products and release customer credits as appropriate.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding pending warehouse receipts.
- Monitor aging returns and partner with customers and warehouse teams to confirm return status.
- Research, analyze, and process customer credits and debits for direct and government accounts related to deductions.
- Work closely with customers, contract teams, and warehouse personnel to resolve account discrepancies.
- Support credits and debits associated with capital equipment orders and repairs.
- Obtain and provide proof of delivery documentation using carrier websites and direct carrier contacts.
- Serve as the primary liaison for specialty distribution accounts, working with customers, contracts, internal distribution teams, and warehouse personnel to resolve deductions.
- Review and process contract-related charges, including allocation, backhaul, and inventory service fees.
- Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring timely resolution of outstanding credit and deduction issues.
- Previous experience in customer service, accounts receivable, deductions, credit and collections, returns processing, or a related administrative role preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
