Learning Systems Specialist

Job Description:

Learning Systems Specialist (SuccessFactors) | Temporary, 6-9 Months | Beavercreek

Pay: $28 – $32 per hour
Assignment: Temporary, 6-9 months
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Keep a regulated learning program running smoothly

Are you the person who knows the learning system inside and out? Do you like making sure the right training reaches the right people at the right time?

We’re a well-established, people-focused financial organization with a strong learning and development team, and we need an experienced Learning Systems Specialist for a 6-9 month assignment. You’ll be the technical backbone of our training programs, administering our learning management system and keeping our required training on track.

If you’ve worked in SuccessFactors and enjoy the detail and accountability of regulated training, this is a role where your skills will be put to use from day one.

Why you’ll like this assignment

  • Work that uses what you know. If you’re a SuccessFactors pro, you’ll own the system and not just help around the edges.
  • A clear start and finish. It’s a 6-9 month assignment with a defined scope.
  • A mix of technical and people work. You’ll balance system administration, reporting, scheduling, and communications, so no two days are identical.
  • A supportive, collaborative team. You’ll join a well-run Organizational Development group that values dependability and clear communication.
  • Flexibility after training. Once you’re trained, the schedule includes one in-office day each week.
  • Good pay. $28-$32 an hour, based on experience.

What you’ll do

Administer the learning management system

  • Handle system maintenance, course setup, rosters, curriculum changes, and module uploads
  • Run evaluation reports and ongoing LMS reports
  • Flag gaps in policies, procedures, and controls to leadership

Keep required training on track

  • Manage job code, role, and curriculum assignments so new hires, contractors, and employees in new positions get the right training
  • Schedule and send required trainings to new hires and existing employees
  • Process authorized enrollments and support compliance administration
  • Run and distribute compliance, audit, and training reports for regulatory and business requests

Support training delivery

  • Maintain training calendars, class schedules, Outlook invites, waitlists, and logistics
  • Coordinate leadership and development programs and outside assessments
  • Proctor virtual classes

Support communications and projects

  • Cover the team inbox and update SharePoint
  • Help produce newsletters, new hire communications, and eWorkbook content
  • Edit videos and support special projects

What you bring

  • Hands-on SuccessFactors experience (required)
  • Experience in a regulated training or Learning & Development environment
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong customer service skills, including patience and flexibility with different people
  • Comfort in a fast-paced setting with shifting priorities
  • Technical aptitude, including system administration or troubleshooting experience
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to protect confidential information
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in a technical field is a plus
  • Training experience is a plus
