We’re hiring an experienced AP Clerk for a long-term assignment with an established organization. This isn’t a few weeks of filler work. It’s a 1+ year role with a steady workload, a team that depends on you, and the flexibility of a work-from-home day each week.

What you’ll do

• Process a high volume of PO-related and non-PO invoices from entry through payment
• Enter, code, and match invoices accurately and on time
• Monitor and resolve discrepant invoices, working with buyers, receiving, and vendors to clear them
• Perform month-end balancing and reconciliations
• Keep AP records accurate and well documented
• Respond to vendor and internal questions about invoice and payment status

What you bring

• 3-5 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience
• Hands-on experience entering both PO and non-PO invoices
• Comfort working at high volume with accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills for resolving invoice discrepancies
• Solid Excel skills and comfort working in an ERP environment
• Preferred: SAP experience and 1099 processing experience

This is a long-term temporary assignment lasting a year or more. The position is based in Northfield, with four days on-site and one remote day each week.
