SVP, Technical and Professional Services    

Tom Schmidt is the Senior Vice President of our Technical & Professional Services group, which includes Hunter Hamilton (accounting/finance/corporate services) and Digital People (creative/marketing). Overall, Schmidt’s group is responsible for ensuring our client's competitive success by providing highly skilled Talent and Talent Services within the Professional Services segment, made up of Hunter Hamilton & Digital People, as well as the Technical Services segment, comprised of our Advantage Technical units (information technology and engineering) across North America.

Schmidt has more than 25 years of U.S. and Global experience in the Staffing, Technical Services, and Talent Acquisition industries, and he is also a U.S. Army Veteran.

VP, Professional Services    

Gabby Winfield serves as the Vice President of Professional Services at Staffmark Group, where she leads two prominent professional services organizations: Hunter Hamilton and Digital People. With a wealth of expertise, Gabby specializes in crafting, executing, and overseeing innovative recruitment, retention, and candidate engagement solutions for renowned global corporations. Her primary dedication lies in nurturing the talent she supports and forging robust teams capable of meeting their clients' ever-evolving requirements.

Gabby boasts an impressive tenure of over 13 years within Staffmark Group, during which she has assumed diverse roles ranging from Account Manager and Recruiter to Senior Recruiter and Practice Director. Today, she holds the esteemed position of Vice President. Beyond her professional pursuits, Gabby finds joy in quality time spent with her husband, Nick, and their two children, Audrey and Nixon. She also has a penchant for indulging in captivating historical fiction novels and exploring the wonders of travel.

Dynette Majors

Dynette has been in the staffing industry for over 15 years. During her ten years with Hunter Hamilton, she has cultivated solid relationships with clients and candidates. As the Managing Director of Hunter Hamilton Kansas City she leads the development of client relationships, as well as the identification and retention of top talent. She understands that recruiting is much more than just matching a job description with a resume; it’s about connecting people and matching a person with a team. Dynette absolutely loves helping people further their career ambitions and changing lives.
Outside of work, Dynette enjoys trying new restaurants, gardening, and relaxing on her deck while reading celebrity magazines (while she does make a point to be well informed about politics and world news, she loves to catch up on the latest celebrity gossip!). Dynette’s favorite things include: Starbucks, chocolate, peanut butter, the movie Along Came Polly, and New York City.

Alison Ault-Hilk

Program Manager    

Alison has been a staffing professional for over 20 years. She started her career as a recruiter and quickly moved into management and Senior management roles. Her most recent role as national account director, she supported strategy and operational excellence for a few Fortune 500 companies. Alison is most proud of her customer partnerships that expanded beyond the customer relationship to true consultative alliances that assisted companies in overall staffing development and management.
Alison is excited to now use those skills with the Hunter Hamilton family. Creating and maintaining long term collaborative relationships with customers and our talent helps drive success. The best job in the world is helping to change people's lives through assisting them in their career growth. Alison is thrilled to work with our top portfolio of Accounting and Finance customers and exceptional talent in the Twin Cities.
Alison comes from a military family and her claim to fame is that she was born in Alaska and graduated High School in Hawaii! Happy to be settled now in one place with her family where weekends are spent biking and walking the Minnesota trails.

Jonelle Youngdale

Practice Director    

Jonelle Youngdale has been with the organization for 27 years.  Her career has been focused on finding and developing top talent and leading her team of Professional Recruiters in both client relationship development and recruiting.  As Practice Director for Hunter Hamilton Professional Services, she holds herself and her team to the highest standards of service and professionalism, offering strengths in relationship building and networking within talent communities.  Her core belief is that by building a professional network of candidates and a solid base of client contacts, we'll leverage those relationships, and offer solutions and career opportunities.  
Outside of work, Jonelle enjoys spending time outdoors, travel with friends and family, and a great cup of coffee.

Chris Soderlund

Managing Director   

Chris switched careers early on from finance to become an executive recruiter and now has over 25 years in the staffing industry. His extensive network of colleagues and customers appreciate his deep knowledge and leadership.  He has hired, mentored and lead teams of up to 50 executive recruiters in multiple states.  He has delivered national training programs and his recruits report blasting through professional goals they never thought possible.  Even now, Chris fields calls from early placements from twenty years ago who still reach out to him for career advice.  In his current role as West Coast Managing Director, Chris will again provide support and guidance to his teams in multiple markets for Hunter Hamilton.
Chris first obtained a B.S. in Human Resources then an MBA from California State University, Northridge.  When he isn’t inspiring his teams and collaborating with clients, you will find him riding his motorcycle, navigating the Southern CA skyline in a helicopter, on a local golf course, or catching some rays by the pool with his wife and kids.

Todd Boling

Practice Manager    

Todd has been in the staffing and recruiting industry going on 13 years. He started out as Sourcing Specialist supporting high volume national accounts. In just a few short months he was promoted to a Recruiter and has experience supporting multiple verticals within the staffing industry. He has been in a leadership role since 2013 managing the day-to-day activities of Recruiters, Sales professionals, and Operations. He's worked in collaboration with clients at all levels of an organization. When not in the office he enjoys spending time with his family and relaxing at the beaches in NC.
