FEBRUARY 15, 2023, CINCINNATI, OH – Staffmark Group, a family of staffing brands and proud member of RGF Staffing, is pleased to announce that Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) has named CEO Stacey Lane to the 2023 Staffing 100. Sponsored by Indeed, the annual list honors 100 of the best and brightest in the industry.
This year’s Staffing 100 North America executives led their companies through strong 14% growth in 2022 to $212.8 billion in revenue. For comparison, in what was considered an outstanding 2019, the industry generated $153.1 billion.
“Despite a devastating pandemic, war overseas, global inflation and a constantly evolving world of work, the staffing industry not only recovered but grew substantially past pre-pandemic levels. A staffing industry veteran, Lane joined Staffmark Group in 2000. She has climbed the ranks in a short period of time, earning promotions from executive vice president to COO to CEO in less than three years. In addition to serving as CEO, she was also recently named general manager of sister company Indeed Flex where she is bringing together two teams with diverse skills, culture, and experience to change the face of hiring.

Through technology, she works to democratize the job selection process by giving control to the job seeker—and, as a result, improve time-to-fill, increase show-up rates, and boost retention. She is also focused providing outstanding service to clients, and it’s making a difference. Staffmark Group’s NPS scores reached historic highs in 2022 with client satisfaction ratings increasing nearly 20% year over year.
